The Buccellato

The recipe of the Buccellato is easy, the flavor is wonderful. The round shape with a hole in the middle can recall the one the classic italian Ciambella, but Buccellato is different ways more sweet than any other classic pastry avaliable.

Short pastry flavored with honey and cinnamon, and stuffed with a  mixture of almond, chocolate, walnut, dried figs and pistachio.
